DIGITAL SPEECH offers Mixer  for VoIP terminals and gateways. This algorithm is intended for mixing of some input speech signals to one or any output sound streams. The offered algorithm can mix sound signals with different sampling rate, because it includes high quality polyphase resamplers. DIGITAL SPEECH  mixer mixes only active conversation participants. It allows to decrease background noise in output mixed signal. Additionally the special features are used for output dynamic range decreasing.
