DIGITAL SPEECH has announced ITU-T G.168-2004 network LEC for modern VoIP gateways.
DIGITAL SPEECH has announced ITU-T G.168-2004 network LEC for modern VoIP gateways. This product can be used in residential gateways too. Proposed algorithm has extremely long maximal echo path (up to 256 ms), reliable protection against echo path changing, very fast convergence time. Special developed algorithm allows combine high LEC performance with low CPU load. Additionally proposed algorithm has special protection against low signal noise ratio and non-linear distortions. DIGITAL SPEECH has announced Adaptive jitter buffer for VoIP and VoP applications
DIGITAL SPEECH has announced Adaptive jitter buffer for VoIP and VoP applications. New product is intended for round trip delay minimization in packet networks with network jitter. Proposed algorithm supports minimal available round trip delay without voice and audio quality degradation. Described product has special protection against time clock drift between remote and local terminals. It allows exclude round trip delay increasing and voice quality degradation in case of significant time clock drift between local and remote terminals. Adaptive jitter buffer has integrated Packet Loss Concealment (PLC) algorithms for voice and audio quality improvement in networks with packets loss. DIGITAL SPEECH proposes two type of PLC algorithms. The first algorithm is modified ITU-T G.711 annex I algorithm. It can be used with arbitrary jitter buffer algorithm and is intended for speech signals only. The second algorithm is proprietary DIGITAL SPEECH algorithm which can be used only with DIGITAL SPEECH Adaptive jitter buffer. In contrast to G.711 annex I algorithm proprietary PLC algorithm was developed not only for speech signals but also for audio signals. This algorithm dramatically increases voice and audio quality in networks with packet loss in respect to standard ITU-T G.711 annex I algorithm. |
